At Skeletonnnclearu we want you to feel confident purchasing our habit guides. This Return Policy explains withdrawal rights, return conditions for physical products, and rules for digital bundles sold through skeletonnnclearu.ddd.

• Habit Tracker Cards Set (physical cards)
• Evening Reset Guide Bundle (combined print and digital delivery)

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days from the day you receive physical goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal period for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium begins when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right, where permitted by law.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@skeletonnnclearu.pro or contact us via reach-us.html including your name, order reference, and product name. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the Swedish Consumer Agency, but it is not mandatory.

Returning Physical Goods

After notifying us, return items within fourteen days. Goods should be unused, in resalable condition, and include original packaging where practical. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend tracked shipping to:

We inspect returns upon arrival. Refunds are processed within fourteen days of receiving the goods or proof of shipment, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your workbook or card set arrives damaged or with printing defects, contact us within seven days with photos. We will replace the item or refund shipping and product cost as appropriate under consumer guarantee rules.

Digital Content

Digital portions of the Evening Reset Guide Bundle may be delivered immediately after payment. If you request instant access and confirm understanding that withdrawal may not apply once download begins, we cannot revoke access after delivery except where content is materially not as described or technically unusable.

If a download link fails, we will reissue access or refund digital fees within a reasonable time.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns where:

• Workbooks show writing, removal of shrink wrap after extensive use, or missing pages caused by the customer
• Card sets are partially consumed or mixed with non-original items
• Digital files were fully downloaded and used beyond a good-faith preview
• Purchases were made through unauthorized resellers

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer another product, return the original item following this policy and place a new order, or contact us for assistance coordinating shipment.

Business Customers

Orders placed on behalf of a company with a valid organization number may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed in writing. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to purely business purchases unless mandated.

Refunds and Currency

Approved refunds are issued in SEK for orders originally charged in SEK. Bank processing times may add three to ten business days. Shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
